Not sure about OB, but I'm pretty certain that not only is BeBe Buffone's agent, she negotiated his deal with CSWebio where she was also COO.

And if any guy did this they would be a peice of shit DB! but still, a few people who have met her, once or twice and she is always NICE to them, somehow that makes her a good person? I would argue that what she did with Doug does not make her a good person and if I was Doug I would sue her for her actions.

FYI, as a Real Estate agent if you ended up representing a buyer who also buys a listing you had, you need a bunch of disclosures signed so everyone understands your role, even though you are working both sides of the deal. Many larger frims won't even let you do such a deal.

And I am pretty sure Doug has dropped the "nice" Bebe as an agent, which I am going to say puts a strain on his friendship with the North family.
