I am surprised that North has nothing in the way of sponsors. Even some of the smaller guys who used to step up.

Regardless if you like or hate Mike, the guy does have a TV show and (i think) a salesperson or two? Even he has to be in shock at how little ad time he has garnished.

One of his defenders I know, and most of you hate, said that it had something to do with contacting former sponsors of the Score. I then brought up The Little Guys and that discussion ended in a hurry.

But his Buddy Rich Melman is mega rich, with tons of the places to advertise and unless I am not aware, they don't have any ads with Mike.

Feldco and Great Outdoors are COMCAST clients and I am sure, COMCAST has made sure North does not contact these people.

I think its just as TeeLander said; would you want to sponsor a show that the main face of might be walking in and out of a courtroom on such a high-profile case? Even if Mike is in the clear, you know damn well he'll either be served to appear as a witness (or knowing Mike's love of the spotlight) will appear anyways to witness the proceedings. No matter what else is said, Hernandez was Mike's business partner in this venture.

And given Mike's way of bullshitting everyone about everything; I can see why even 'loyal' sponsors to Mike are steering clear.

In other news, JenJen is once again bragging about her shopping trips to Koros on Facebook. She now even has a style consultant!

If Hernandez keeps his mouth shut and pleads guilty.....end of story.

North and his merry band of dim bulb followers, Chet, Ofman, ,Jesse and all the other dopes who were salami slapping when common sense was being handed out can play the victim role.

The real question is whether or not advertisers want to invest their money now in North....

His show should be called THE VILLAGE IDIOT AND FRIENDS.

With the economy the way it is and ad dollars being so tight, why would anyone risk/waste money advertising on his show? The ratings are in the tank, he's a moron and he "could" be in for some legal trouble- so why would anyone put up money for that? None of his "friends" or former sponsors could put up enough money to replace the Hernandez money, which is now gone and maybe forfeited. Sound business practices would tell anyone to stay away from him.

Miller can't be that stupid.

1. They are not reaching their target crowd in the morning. The afternoon drive is where you want to sell adult beverages. 5 hour energy, monster( how the hell could they not get them as a sponsor already with the similar name), rockstar all sell in the morning.

2. The people that enjoy these craft brews already know about them. The people that dont like them also know about them. I doubt a few morning adds will boost sales. Now if you are in the afternoon and do a remote from goose island in downtown or head out to the burbs and do one at two brothers then you might sell some beer.

3. I don't see why you assume one can not enjoy a high life followed by an imperial ipa from two brothers. I sure do every now and then.

It is shocking that before the scandal broke North couldn't deliver any real sponsors. He should've charged minimal ad rates just to cultivate partnerships for better economic times, especially if he believed his sugar daddy had money to burn.

BP, simple question: has North made a single mistake career since May 2008? Simple yes or no suffices as a response. No rationalizations needed. And not to sound like Bernstein, but there's only one correct answer.

Times have changed, ad monies arent there unless its a win/win. Theres no way a major company is going to invest in a show thats realisticly, getting maybe 200 viewers if they are lucky.I can see some small timer buying Nort's bullshit for a little bit of pub, but no way Miller, no fucking way.

Why would Miller get involved with this piece of shit if, they could get a major sport pre or post game?Where they are guarenteed viewers?
