There has to be a way to get professional broadcasters in the booth.....

How about signing a deal with MLB Network and taking some of their guys to do the Saturday games....that way you can cross promote the network and you get quality guys.

Actually Rock after listening to him he's not that bad....still would have preferred a Joe Buck, Thom Brenneman or even Dick Stockton. But Rose is ok. Gets points for being sorta hip. Reminds me a little of Matt Vasgersian.

Chris Rose couldn't say "ripped" enough, every hit was a "rip".

Even tho Rose is not even 40 himself, he referred to any players under the age of 30 as "kids".

He or Grace called Detroit's relief pitcher Ryan Perry a 6'5" "donkey". I guess that was meant as a compliment.

Fernando Rodney throws a fastball and a change-up, no split-finger or fork-ball in his pitching repertoire.

Chris Rose definitely referred to White Sox rookie second baseman Chris Getz & rookie third baseman Gordon Beckham as "kids" during today's MLB/FOX Sports' broadcast. Chris & Mark Grace, "Beavis & Butt-Head" in my book, also thought that the White Sox are the team to beat in the American League Central...Hey guys...the Tigers are in first place for a reason, you dumbasses! Anyway, I realize FOX Sports is spending big $$$$ to broadcast Bud Selig's Major League Baseball, but you can do better as far as announcers are concerned! Paging John Rooney...

I have the worse luck with MLB on FOX/NBA on TNT and even the NFL on FOX, as it seems that any game I tune into is always called by Dick Stocton. I don't dislike him but he's not my favorite.
