Why do you all hate mike north? why do you all hate annie? i mean i agree with almost nothing annie thinks but she still is a great personality and i love her voice in the morning.

do that many people really hate the morning show? i think its the best program to wake up to out of any. mike is hilarious, annie is a sweetheart, and fred is cool too.

i really dont get it. i mean i miss the wise guys but this group is great too. i think maybe someday jen could replace annie, because i dont see annie wanting to do the show forever...

No, we're just being nice about it. There will be plenty of people stopping by later to give their opinions in more heated fashion.

A quick summary:

North - a sellout hack
Fred - hasn't had a thought in years
Anne - bright, pleasant, but sucks covering sports

I hate to be mean, because you are entitled to your opinion, but you must be on Qualudes between 5a and 10a. There is no possible way that you can listen to MNMS sober and still have this opinion - really, NO POSSIBLE WAY. I tuned in recently to see what the train wreck was like these days, and I honestly thought about driving myself off the road. Mike North still thinks he's the Golden God of Chicago radio, and thus can mail it in and people will still listen. Like Spinnin' said, the next time Fred has a thought will be the first time.

Again, you are entitled to your opinion, and God bless you for it because I laughed out loud when I read this post, but you can't really think this unless your radio is broken, and 670 is the only noise that comes out of it. And the mere thought of that makes me dry heave.

What can we say? We don't subscribe to the "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" school of thought. There is a lot to be said, and this place is great to vent. Also, some hope that the WSCR people who pretend they don't read this might use our "childish" posts to improve the show, with or without Mike North - we'd call in to air our grievances but the last time North reduced himself to taking a phone call was 1994, two years after Ike South was born (judging by the name calling and "shlong in your own ass," comment, whatever that means).

I feel real bad knowing this is the type of audience the score has. I completely understand b&b now, they call thier callers names everyday.

IF YOU ALL RECALL I NEVER CAME HERE MALICIOUSLY. i was VERY polite in the beggining and NEVER called anyone out until i was called a dumbass. and since then i have not called anyone a name because i really DONT like doing that on a forum. i would much rather see these people in real life, believe me.

you're missing the point. most of us don't listen to the score, unless Goff and Abbattacola are on or Boers and Bernsie.

the MNMS is not a sports show. you can like them all you want, but again, most of the people here, have been around for a while and remember when Mike North was appointment radio. He is no longer appointment radio and hasn't been for years.

you, liking his show, are the exception here.
