I think it will come down to the 12 people deciding it. Different people see things different ways. I hope Pappy gets an "all black" jury. Wouldn't that be a kick in the head?

If the foreman is a guy in a dashiki with the guy sitting next to him in a suit with a bow tie selling The Defender, this may be the first time the electric chair is given to someone in a civil suit.

One thing that shocks me is that the lawyers did not name Licorice, or whatever corp/LLC North uses for his production company for COMCAST?

I picture his (possibly coked up) court behavior more along the lines of Woody Harrelson's character in the Natural Born Killers.
