Bear fans, if you enjoy Doug Buffone & Ed O'Bradovich's passionate Bears' postgame show on 670 The SCORE & 670thescore.com, you will love this news. I have learned that Doug & O.B. are COMING BACK TO THE SCORE!!! Following every Bear game again this season, Buffone & O'Bradovich's postgame show returns to WSCR starting in September, just when it appeared as if Doug & O.B. were going to sign on at the ill-fated ChicagoSportsWebio.com. Additionally, Hub Arkush & Dan Hampton will host the SCORE's Bears' pregame, 3 hours before kickoff of every game, while Laurence Holmes will be on the scene covering home games and getting teased by head coach Lovie Smith in the press conference. "Laurence, Laurence, Laurence..."

LoHo made the announcements about 30 minutes ago in the "Comcast Feedback Zone". Also, posted the good news at http://www.ChicagolandRadioandMedia.com.

Larry had alluded to this a few times over the last week, saying that the SCORE'S scheduled postgame show was the best ever.
I look forward to Sunday's pre and postgame shows. This is great news, I am most pleased.

Actually I'm lukewarm on this. I love Doug and OB, but they're a far better listen after the Bears lose, and I'm not expecting a whole lot of losses this year. So this can't be a win-win: If Doug and OB turn out to have a great return, that means the whole Cutler thing turns out to be a huge bust.

Doug & OB are great after a win or a loss.
I enjoy Doug throughout the week on the various shows that he appears on, not just after a Bears game.
And Big Doug is hilarious.

Of course, this is GREAT News! Nobody compares to MY GUYS!
They do a great job of breaking it down, too. Just because they are "older" does not mean they are out of touch, like some here have alluded to in earlier posts. I look forward to postgame,WIN or Lose!

Doug and OB were great after a Bear loss. Listening to the two of them losing their minds allowed me to mellow and let them vent what I was feeling.

Not to mention she had the talent to command a $100,000 a year salary as the COO of a new Internet venture. She's quite a gal.

Better make it 5 hours to allow Hamp enough time to stutter out his comments.

Bummer. I'm happy for/with Doug, but OB is terrible.

Hell yeah it's back! I'm generally a loyal Boers & Bernstein drone on weekdays, but after a Bears game, I wanna free my meatball.

Seriously, guys, Doug/OB = the only way to really do bears postgame. What would you prefer? Hamp and Holmes redux? The well-reasoned Hub Arkush? Nah, I want irrational screaming.
