Actually, the only time I hear "Little Z" being mentioned is Jeff Joniak & Tom Thayer mention him with the parabolic mike during WBBM Newsradio 780's coverage of the Chicago Bears...

The only thing worse than listening to Zach on the radio is watching him on TV.

I think "Little Z" is actually one of the Zurang boys known for engineering on site. Mark Zurang is the on-site engineer at all Bears' home games, while he & Paul split the duties at White Sox home games & several SCORE SportsRadio remotes...

Zach is among the countless people who are trying to chase down head coach Lovie Smith and certain players at the end of games when the Bears win. I should know, because I worked 4 seasons as an Usher at Soldier Field and ZZ always came in my direction standing above the Bears' tunnel on the Northwest corner of the stadium.
