Seriously, though, I'm giving you the same advice I gave LQC & Ugie: monetize. If you need help in this regard, I'd be willing to either do some work myself or pass it along to a friend. Seems to me there's no real point in doing a sports blog in 2009 if you're not getting readers & cash.

Wow - the site looks great. As I suspected, the contributors from the board that have posted on your blog are extremely well written - myself not included.

Loved Ugie's thoughts on Golf except for the forecast of SNOW THIS WEEKEND - WTF??? (PANIC STORMWATCH 2009).
Favrefan has an uncanny grasp on the Bulls and I agree with his thoughts on TT - the guy is like Jekyl and Hyde. Not surprised at all about Crosscheck's hockey accumen - dead on.

Glad to have everyone on board, it's been a busy few days. So much easier to blog when you can do everything offline and then go on for a few minutes and post everything. We'll see what happens from here...

Looks like the blog is shaping up pretty nicely. If you would like other ideas on layout and whatnot, I am sure we could turn that sucker into something similar to SecondCityHockey or Waggleroom.com

Like both sites. I would need help making the site look any better, web design is obviously not my thing. Wordpress does not have a lot of options available for a nice look. Anybody answer to cheap (read: free) web design? Other than that, this site has far exceeded my initial expectations...

CoF I have a little over half of the article I talked to you written. Still editing and coming up with angles to finish it up. It might be a bit long but I like what I have done so far. Also have been gathering notes and outlines for team by team NBA preview, I'll get that to you before Opening Night.
