Alright, so I went in with the highest expectations to laugh my ass off and was disappointed in that light. The movie was ok, some funny moments. But overall, it's just another comedy. I think it could have been way better and there really isn't a part in the movie that makes you laugh for any period of time. Go see the matinee. Anchorman is better. 2 1/2 stars

Will Ferrall in a lead role is always missable.

I have seen it...very missable. It is good Sunday watching on a Sunday afternoon in February.

Not only did I find Anchorman funny but if you know anyone like that in the local TV biz in person who thinks like Burgundy does, its pretty damn funny. There was a guy I worked under..hell two guys who pretty much are as clueless as Ron. Hilarious.

i turned anchorman off after 25 minutes....

his role in old school was o.k....

i prefer Will on saturday night live. he's much more memorable in my opinon.

I've loved most Will Ferrell movies but was completely disappointed with this one. My buddy liked it a lot but I didn't even get a chuckle out of it. One star for me.

Yea, I think the idea for the movie really set up for a funny and entertaining movie...and it bombed. Still worth 2 stars maybe. Again, Ali G was good.

Yeah, he was good but relative to his other characters (especially Borat) he was mediocre at best. He was the tallest midget in that bad movie but even his performance was a relative disappointment for me.
