Of course there's a chance of a slippery slope. There was a chance of a slippery slop with Mao, which was two years ago. there was a chance with GoldenDomer last year. But the board has been very mature about not wanting to ban or out every inconvenience that appears. I think the general attitude in favor of anonymity is still very high. Neither one of those occurrences led to the anti-free speech wave that was feared. I don't think outting Juggs would lead to people saying "OK, who's next".

There are moderators, but this site is not moderated very much at all, pretty much anything goes. I have been a part of boards that were moderated, some very heavy handed and it was no fun at all. Just saying be careful for wanting too much moderation around here.

Either way a precedent is being set here.

1) A person that comes here to only make personal and intentionally hurtful attacks is allowed to continue this without any repercussions.

I just don't see how #1 can be considered the better option. I say bigfan either says if they have any other accounts on here or bans Juggs.
