"Ooohh la la ah oui oui, I say Muhammad Ali, ya say Classius (Not a typo)Clay. I say butter, you say Parkay"

Lately it's been an Isley Brothers/Al Green/Cameo mash up. I can't get enough of "Atlantis" and the Isley Bros. version of "Summer Breeze." Al Green, well nothing needs to be said other than it's Al Green. Cameo was running things in the R&B world when I was yute. Though I'm dismayed to learn what "She's Strange" is really about.

Next up I'm gonna get back into my Blade Runner soundtrack and other Vangelis masterpieces.

Quick observation: Doug was right about this thread. Anytime a non hip hop album is mentioned its immediately followed by 5 hip hop album posts and 10 posts discussing them. We need a hip hop section (or thread) Good call Doug

Andre's verse is one of the tightest things I had ever heard back then. Still ranks pretty high...

The best the Goodie Mob ever sounded was on the first Soul Assassin album. "Decisions, Decisions" was the best song on the disc as well, and that's saying something because that's a great album.

"Atlanta.... Gateway to the South."

That whole album was sick but that joint was the standout imo. Cee-Lo lost his fuckin mind on that joint

got "raditude" last night. not a whole lot goin' on there...not as uneven as "the red album" but lacks a lot of effort and creativity.

probably the best song on there is "can't stop partying" but lil' wayne is featured on it...which knocks it down a few notches.

Some really awesome music here I had no idea existed. The Biggie/Tupac 'Running' mix by Eminem is awesome.

Yeah, I saw that, but I don't really like big venue shows... although it would be cool to see the lips which are flaming...

The second is even better than the first, but then it goes far down hill on the 3rd, and the 4th is mediocre...
