I woke up with a bad back. Can't bowl, can barely walk, but I will be there.

Wouldn't miss this.

See everyone there.

Great to see everyone again and put more names to more faces. I'm not going to list everybody that was there, because I'll forget. Many prizes were given. Frank Barone (167?), Bagels (171), Chus (199), and myself (209) had the high games. Sang Happy Bday to SHARK. Got scared in the parking lot because I thought it was 1955 and the Russians were bombing us. Bagels and Chus won the tourney, Fred and I were 2nd, and Don's piracy and Hack's RBIs were 3rd.

Good times, looking forward to round 3 in the spring. Chus has the hookup and I'll help a lot more with that one too.

Great to meet everyone, wish I could have bowled and showed you how bad I am.

Special thanks to ASF Bob for the smokey and fun discussion, Ryno's Wife for the SHARK snack, RNM for being RNM and BigFan for the t-shirt and quote of the day.

great time indeed. great seeing everyone and meeting new faces (cubbiegirl, shirtless, don tiny, rich farmsystem) and nice having a music chat with shirtless at the after party.

had to jet early and in the midst of going to my next appointment, my phone flew out of my coat (since i had to literally run) and it split in half...so it's broke now. tried to go to my at&t store...but it's closed down. tried to go to another one...and got in right when they were closing. will have to go tomorrow i guess... :|

this day feels like it's long and the night hasn't even started yet!

I met almost all of the attendees today and I can't say there was a bad apple in the bunch.
Frank Barone kinda yelled at me to stop filming when Shark was being presented with his birthday cake.
Not sure if he was kidding, but I erased the video just in case, Frank B. :bom:
Sorry about your phone, W_Z, it was nice talking dork rock (TMBG BNL) with you as well. :D
Thanks to BigFan & COF for setting the whole thing up.
Special thanks to RNM (My partner in FAIL....Last place baby!!!!!)
Extra special thanks to TBone for the motivation and the round trip.

And Entropy.......

Great event. I tried to say hello to everyone whether they wanted to meet me or not.
The bowling thing was pretty cool I would have to say. Wish I could have stayed longer
but was glad I left when I did with Shirtless Driver to make it back up north. Look
forward to another event in 2010. Everyone was a real pleasure to meet.

Just like the first time at Irving Park Lanes, I had an absolute blast this afternoon at Mont Clare Lanes for CSFMB's Second Bowling Event. It was also very sweet & very thoughtful that Ryno's Wife baked me a delicious chocolate & coconut cake for my Birthday, not to mention seeing Fred Huebner, along with 670 SCORE producers Nick Shifcoski (Hope I spelled your name right, Nick) and Brendan "Baldy McGrindy" McCaffrey. It was an honor & priviledge seeing you guys in person.

Also, I'm tickled by the Mounds & Almond Joys that Ryno's Wife & Redneck Mommy gave me, not to mention seeing what Aggravated White Sox Fan Bob & Original Kid Cairo look like in person. It was also good bowling with Doug from Evergreen Park, not to mention seeing Spmack, Chus, Bagels, Cubbiegirlhamus, Krazy Ivan, Crystal Lake Hoffy, T-Bone and many, many others. A big tip of the cap to JimmyPasta for that baseball book from George Castle, "Baseball and the Media", BigFan for the "T", plus he & City of Fools for putting today's bowling event together. I had a real blast today and thanks for helping me celebrate my birthday. I look forward to plenty more of these in the near future...You guys & gals rock!

Well said, Shark.
If you took the r and h out of birthday and added an e, you have Happy BITE-DAY!! :D

@JimmyP - LOLZ. My wife actually told me "You look really good in green", but you can even
see my 3 year old daughter is laughing at me in the bottom left corner.
Such an honor! Thanks Fred. :D

Bring your ass to Hoops 7 (likely to be that number by then). Let us some advance warning so we can plan that.

Shark, you are one of these guys that I could sit down with for one hour and solve all the management problems of these goofy teams here in Hooterville...you stated all the ills of the DePaul basketball program in two minutes...especially DUMPSTATE ARENA...and having all their games NATIONAL on WGN years ago to basically nothing LOCAL now.
