Is she any good? There are a couple tunes that I don't mind. She pulses through the boombox at my domicile all the time. The girlfriend and friends love her. Should I be more impressed with this talent? Am I missing something here?

You are correct sir. I am keeping an eye on her moves on some video thing with all her hits. Kind of annoying, but the view is incredible.

She's very good looking, with a limited vocal range and relies on most of the same production crutches a lot of semi-talented people rely on.

That said, I wouldn't kick her out of bed for eating a ham sandwich.

Funny you mention this, I was going to ask this about Rihanna?

She is on SNL and kind of sucks! Everything she sings her voice is manipulated and it still isnt that great.

Beyonce looks a bit weird to me? She is like a plump chick who doesnt eat anything, thus some areas on her got as thin as possible and other areas still kinda chunky, but just wont go down

Beyonce is 1,000x better looking than Rihanna. I wouldn't look at Rihanna twice if I bumped into her on the street and she was just an "everyday" person. Fugly.

I must concur that the average post by an average member of said board is exactly as you describe. I have on occasion seen some candid discussion from folks that was quite enlightening in the musical world. Saturday night may have been bad timing to ask this opinion of the internet cretins here on CSFMB.

She sells an album or two. Someone likes this chick and I want to make sure I have an informed decision before making a judgement call on her "musical" talent.

Just watched the Beyonce special on Thanksgiving night. Some of her dance moves border on the masculine side. I guess she is trying to be the "angry,mind of her own, rise from a bad relationship princess" with her songs.. Her & J-Lo have this market cornered. They show her without make-up backstage...eeh!,not AS hot.... Amazing what make-up CAN do! Having said that,She is very attractive and has had some catchy pop songs in her career. I like her. I like Rihanna,too. She tries to be different at least. Voice wise,Beyonce has excellent pipes. She DID sing for the Pres on auguration night.
