I was very excited to see that Meteor was on this morning on Syfy. But, turned it on only to find some old movie with no-name actors like Karl Malden, Sean Connery, and Natalie Wood.

Programming Alert - Syfy is showing global destruction movies all day in anticipation of tonight's premiere of Annihilation Earth.

The description for the movie Annihilation Earth begins with "In a world..." - I think that is all that needs to be said. I have it Tivo'd already.

No one had better rush anything out that would copy the manuscript I'm working on about a Chocolate Lava Cake mutated by a cocoa geneticist that results in all the volcanoes of the world exploding and covering four-fifths of the known world with molten chocolate.

I call it Chocolate To Die For.

It's a working title. My people are already talking to Scott Valentine.

good luck, ken. i have also been working on a holiday movie screenplay that i believe will be the end all be all, or be all end all of all time holiday films ever.

it's about a mad scientist who creates a massive wreath that grows out of control and everything it eats, it grows bigger until the point where it is actually the size of the entire earth and the earth becomes a wreath, only for it to eat the entire solar system and no one can stop them, except one man. but no one knows who that man is. and that man could be a woman, or a child. or a donkey.

it's called The Wrath of the Wreath.

so, when you get around to it, ken, you'll be pleased to know that Troy from TNG provides a VERY VERY awesome role...as a southerner...she sounds completely legit.

I saw she was in it. I'm disturbed that she's 55 years-old.

I'm in a drinking frame of mind. I'll give this my full attention in the days to come or later when I'm really three sheets to the wind.

if you were to look up "set up" in the dictionary, you would find this dude...this friend of david's. he is TOTALLY SET UP man. look, they knew each other going WAY BACK to the academy, and he was the best man at the wedding.
