Maybe the Blizzard conditions are gone by 3 AM, but still heavy snow beyond that.

So while it might be possible to actually fly, the airport might not be fully operational until 6 Am or 7 AM.

They knew about this shit and thought they could fly in hours ahead of it?

Lovie probably didnt want to cut his Red Zone practices, always on Friday, short because they have done so well int he Red Zone.

This is stupid. Again, I thought they were leaving a day early to prevent this from happening. I wonder if they can't make it out there, if they would move it to Monday night instead.

Well, BWI is near Reagan and Dulles. Its now a question of which airport opens soonest.
Hmm, although Reagan is closest to Baltimore, it closes around 9pm

Obama should send Joe Biden and Air Force One to pick up the team. Wonder if he's going to the game? He goes to Bulls games when they play @ the Wizards.

You get another plane. Or you spend some money and take a few private jets to get your players there.

I know you dont sit on a plane for 2 hours and then find out the jet cant fly!

I dont know what the teams fly but I can only assume someone has taken over the services formerly offered by Champion Air, this company used to customize planes for pro and college teams in all sports. It used to be MGM airlines.

yes, MGM casinos, which also happen to be the plane the Bulls used and where MJ stayed when he went to vegas!
The Bulls use of this service catapulted them into big time money. Of course they went out of business in 2008.
