So I just received the 2nd call from some old lady who lives in my building. Apparently some douche who has the spot on the other side of her is parked too far over in our garage and she cannot park her car. She thinks it is me, even though I wasn't home Saturday Night when she called me the first tine, and I am not home right now when she called about 5 minutes ago. I checked out the garage on Saturday night when I got home and saw that the person that has the spot on the other side of her is parked horribly and not me.

What I am really pissed about is the fact that the building manager gave out my number for her. He has everyone's numbers and lives in the building as well. He's a nice old man, but he really has no business giving out my number to anyone. He has it for emergency purposes only and I do not think this qualifies. He should be the go between and figure out what the problem is, and at least identify THE RIGHT FUCKING CAR.

So I want to bring this to a vote. Who is the douche in this situation?

The Landlord is the douche.

Landlords frequently abuse their rights.

I had a place in Logan Sq where the Landlord would just pop in while I was at work...one time he came in and I was giving my gf at the time the RPB ride, when he walked in.

I always wondered if he napped in my place when I wasnt around

Since "The Brand" was not an option, I went with the person that can't park.

me and ex-wifey lived at the apartments just west of Harlem on 159th in Tinley. We lived next door to the "maintenance" guy/janitor who was a hot mess- alcoholic, retarded, developmentally disabled, you name it. We lived on the 3rd floor and one time I came home to find the guy passed out on the stairs with a 40 in a brown paper bag. In the middle of the afternoon. Anyway, we were both sure that he was coming into our apartment while we were gone. Through conversation we knew they didn't have a phone, and one time we came home and there was a message on our answering machine for one of them.

I called the old lady back, and apparently the old man has his records all wrong. He claimed I drive the red pontiac (the pudwhack's car). I really don't understand why she is investigating this issue. A simple keying of the pudwhack's car would solve this whole problem. Sugar in the gas tank also works wonders.
