George Halas's last hire was Mike Ditka...a year before George died. Maybe Ginny wants to hire a mustache out of Pennsylvania before she dies. Only this one has NFL expierence, a great coaching record, 2 Super Bowl apperances with one SB title.

Maybe this has been on the QT. Maybe it will hapen. You don't hear any other reports about Cowher going anywhere else.

Why would you think Virginia is not involved? She loves this team. This year was a total and complete embarrassment. She knows it needs fixing. Why wouldn't they take a look at some of the coaches out there...the ones with SB rings?
