The nice thing is you know she knows her way around a kitchen.

So she's got that going for her.

I know it's probably me, but I don't follow. Who are you referring to?

Ed, that was a photo of Mindy Cohn from "The Facts of Life", which had a long shelf live on NBC, circa 1978-88.

The fat broad from that show about an all-girls school. Her name was Mindy Cohen or something like that & the "school marm" was Charlotte Rae. Now excuse me while I go stick my head in the microwave!

I was always looking for her "nudie" to come out, but never did see one. She looked great in a bikini though. She was also on The Fall Guy with Lee Majors.

Kim Fields played "Tootie" on "The Facts of Life", Ed, and was "Regine" in the '90s sitcom "Living Single". That sitcom reruns on WCIU 26 The U every weekend.

Yeah, and she also was rumored to be "pals" with then President Clinton!

I thought that was Heather Thomas? I never watched The Fall Guy, so I'm not sure. They probably both were. Please accept my humblest apologies in advance.

I just remember the Heather Thomas posters and knew she was on that show.

Heather Thomas was on "The Fall Guy" with Lee Majors & Markie Post. After that action series left ABC in 1985, she literally disappeared from Hollywood. She was often confused with another famous Heather, the one SHARK mentioned earlier named Locklear.

Shark,

http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1 ... 694,683031
=====================
Reason she "disappeared",I think she was hit by a car driven by another actress who played many bit parts in Hollywood. She recovered and is doing OK nowadays.

Is it just me or does Tootie look like she has Sammy Sosa disease?

I recall her being a bit darker as a yute.

This Lisa Bonet person was hot. I can't for the life of me remember what show or shows Lisa Bonet was on, though. If only someone could tell me and, if possible, what local station reruns said shows, and when! Ah, who am kidding? I guess I'll never know...

Sam, Sam, Sam...Where the hell have you been?  Lisa Bonet was the oldest daughter on a sitcom that's now 25 years old, "The Cosby Show"! She was also on the first season of "A Different World" but made some questionable, risque roles that got her fired, then re-hired on Bill Cosby's very popular sitcom that lasted from 1984-92 on NBC. She was also linked to rocker Lenny Kravitz at one time...

I believe she and Elvin joined the cast in the third season, 1987-88 through the series finale in 1992. I was under the impression Lisa Bonet's character "Denise" was the oldest...

For the record...Saundra was actress Sabrina Lebeouf & Elvin was actor Geoffrey Owens on "The Cosby Show".

Uh oh. Might we have a Bonet-off? I have no idea what that means, but "Bonet-off" sounded funny in my head.
