Ed, that was a photo of Mindy Cohn from "The Facts of Life", which had a long shelf live on NBC, circa 1978-88.

The fat broad from that show about an all-girls school. Her name was Mindy Cohen or something like that & the "school marm" was Charlotte Rae. Now excuse me while I go stick my head in the microwave!

Heather Thomas was on "The Fall Guy" with Lee Majors & Markie Post. After that action series left ABC in 1985, she literally disappeared from Hollywood. She was often confused with another famous Heather, the one SHARK mentioned earlier named Locklear.

Reason she "disappeared",I think she was hit by a car driven by another actress who played many bit parts in Hollywood. She recovered and is doing OK nowadays.
