Nothing wrong with boiled chicken. When my mom makes chicken soup she uses whole boneless chickenbreasts, and that's my favorite part.

I can use boiling a chicken and using it in soups, but boiling a chicken to serve whole? The chefs on the show sure made it seem like an absurd thing to do.
