So....
I'm sitting on my deck smoking, drinking, and talking on the phone....around 7:05ish (which is pretty much what I do nowadays)
and a MediVac helicopter flies SE from (I assume) Christ Hostpital on 95th St. straight towards my house....and it's low....really low....maybe 100 ft. in the air at the most.
The heli continues east down 100th, crosses Kedzie and lands on the practice fields at E.P.H.S.
I can only guess that a kid was seriously hurt during the sophmore football game.
I haven't heard or seen it take off yet....

yeah.....sorry.

the heli took off at 8:40 due south over Kedzie.
seems like a long time, so I hope nothing serious happened....
there were a few sirens in the distance before then, but that's pretty commonplace with the two hospitals, a mile-1/2 apart on 95th.
