The Bears' decision Tuesday to get dismiss tight ends coach Rob Boras was considered a surprise, as Boras was considered one of the better coaches in the organization.

Veteran tight end Desmond Clark said he was unhappy with the move.

"I'm very disappointed that they fired Rob because I know that they know he is the best coach on the staff,'' Clark said in a text message. "I don't see how it can be justified unless they are going to get rid of the whole staff and fire everybody.''

The only coaches that remain on the offense are the BLACK coaches Lovie brought in during his first season. I'm not sayin'.... I'm just sayin'. ;)

Where's that long winded and articulate Thurgood guy when I need him?

I'm really surprised they didn't fire all the offensive coaches. What the hell have Drake and Spencer done?

They're black, and Ron Turner didn't bring them here. ....all other offensive coaches that were white, or brought in here by Ron Turner were fired.

NEXT QUESTION!

No.
Wade Wilson was a lovie guy from year one, and was relieved of his duties after the Super Bowl.
News then broke of HGH being shipped to Halas Hall - to Wade Wilson's attention - who then said it made him feel ... you know.. young again.
Norv Turner and his staff were also fired that offseason in San Francisco. Pep was Norv's QB Coach.
Pep then became Ron's QB Coach.
Norv was hired in San Diego.
Ron Rivera was then hired in San Diego.

NEXT QUESTION!

If Mike Martz is the next Bears Offensive Coordinator, the Bears won't need a TE coach.
Hell...they wont even need a TE since Martz doesnt know the TE position exists.

in a roundabout way i agree with you that if martz is hired the te is the least of their concerns
