nope. The vast majority of my posting comes from my cell. I'm gonna try to save up and get it though. Might come in use for watching sox games later too, assuming mlb.com offers something like that

Any recommendations on a low priced laptop that would work for just watching videos/games online? I dont play any computer games, and wouldn't need it for any actual work stuff. Would I be able to get one that would cost <$300 that I'd be able to clearly watch the NBA games online?

But, if you think like I do, say a little cheer for O.J. Mayo, who was a bona fide stud at both ends of the floor in crunch time last night. Not only did he maintain perfect poise score on the break and on the free throw line, but he also rejected the status quo. He simply did not accept that Roy, holding the ball, would not cough it up. Mayo got low and springy, and made himself into the best kind of pest. He had been doing that throughout the final minutes. With just under 22 seconds left, and the game tied, it paid off. Roy was (what else) standing still when Mayo flashed out an arm and poked the ball high into the air. In the ensuing scramble, Roy fended off Mayo and was called for a foul.

Although the game was hardly over then, that proved to be the key moment. Roy masterfully created all kinds of scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates down the stretch, but Juwan Howard, Jerryd Bayless, and Roy himself all went cold, and Memphis rolled to the win.

It was a victory for O.J. Mayo. It was a victory for the Grizzlies. And it was a victory for playing basketball in crunch time, instead of standing around.

I am no computer expert, may want to take this question to another forum. The laptop I just got (w/ 17" screen) was 550$ which is out of your price range but point being it was new and pretty good deal, I'm sure for a few hundo less you can get something similar, just stripped down more, maybe less power or memory but if all you're using it for is watching basketball online who cares

Exactly. I would only use it for that, or watching White Sox games, assuming MLB.com has a similar offer.

My friend mentioned the possibility of buying a PS3. He said I could hook it up to the internet in my room, and should be able to get just as much clarity as I would with a laptop.

Big win for the Hawks last night vs. Boston as I'm sure everyone here saw, i know RBP saw that sick rejection Josh Smith had on Perkins. That should be the de-facto rejected pic from now on

Thankfully the Hawks recent (aside from the last 2 games) slide has coincided with Orlando's slide, and thus tonight's game has first place in the division up for grabs.

it's someone just filming their tv which is annoying (the NBA.com highlight thing is almost 3 minutes) but tell me that isn't the sickest block you've seen in some time

I saw it last night. That was a good game by the Hawks. How serious is Vince's shoulder?

Another big win vs. Celtics last night for the Hawks. Nice comeback after a shaky first half.

They seem to have Boston's number- now if they could just get to Orlando and Cleveland...

Baron Davis is 1 rebound away from a triple double with 9 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. he also has 4 steals, theoretically could get a quadruple double

i think this is a pretty big game for the Thunder. At home, vs. the Spurs. 5 games over .500

they need to win this game i think. it's 65-63 now. should be an interesting finish

it was funny, the Spurs announcers went absolutely apeshit when he fouled out in OT. on replay it admittedly was a iffy foul. that was with almost 3 minutes left in OT, i think he would have gone for 30-20 had he not fouled out

Yeah we dont need a guy like Blair on the Bulls. Fuckin idiots.

With 2 national TV games on tonight and tomorrow, I'll be able to get some hoops watching in again. Hawks-Suns could be terrific.

Cavs couldn't make their free throws and Gaines made them pay.

One of the greatest (regular season) NBA days on the calendar and of course my car debacle Friday kinda put my on thin ice as far as asking to leave early today.

I'm trying to login to my League Pass Broadband thing too and it isn't working :(
