This was a pathetic section of the show. At least a 2 times a week we have to listen (or not if you changed the station) to Boers going off like a little bitch about things of no consequence. And he can't just say what bothers him, why, why he wouldn't do it and then move on. No, instead he bitches, bitches, and bitches for about 10 minutes straight and repeats himself at least 5 times while Bernsie tries to right the ship and watches in horror as the show grinds to halt and Terry makes a fool out of himself.

That was terrible radio.

And Mac, what the hell is Boers problem? Why can't he get off your jock? You say you two are cool, but it sure sounds like Ole' Terry has an axe to grind.

Also, why can't he not suck so much?

It's almost like Boers is morphing into Ole Anderson. He's that old and bitter.

I have offically sided with Murph and thinks Terry was the bully all this time . He's the new Murph of WSCR

About 3pm or so, maybe a a few min earlier or a few minutes later. It went on for at least 10 min or so. It wasn't pretty. Terry kept repeating himself and bitching over and over again.

Terry repeating himself is becoming commonplace. I really didn't need him to tell me 5 times that the coach who Tyrus Thomas will get along with doesn't exist. People repeat themselves when they have NOTHING to say or add.

Like Mac explained in another thread, Terry is a peculiar guy and doesn't trust people very easily.
I'll have to ask Sleepy what he thinks next time I see him at Balmoral. He and Terry are still pretty tight.
It's also been suggested that maybe Terry doesn't like the extra hour that they're on now. I didn't understand why they didn't just shift M&H from 6-10, M&S from 10-2 and then B&B from 2-6.
I also don't understand why The Grobber has that weird shift with Dan Patrick inserted from 1-4...goofy if ya ask me.

I didn't hear a word if it and don't have time to check podcast now. If Terry was under the assumption I was expecting a table comped, boy is he misguided. I said I was going to buy a table of eight and I've been working on putting together a silent auction to benefit the charity of their choice. No good deed goes unpunished. I'll tell Boers in transition tomorrow who I want sitting with me at that table. Should be some delicious uncomfortable radio and I can't wait.

Uncomfortable radio can make for some comfortable listening.

Why would he begin a war with a person who is most likely going to be a roaster?

I have two theories that are mutually exclusive from each other:

(a) to "prove" his "toughness", which leaves Terry hurt but at his own hand essentially.

(b) it's a bad work, which leaves us with David Arquette or Judy Bagwell as champion.

That would be pretty paranoid of him.

If this is a true roast with people there that will really get after them and get down to brass tacks then I think it could make for some uncomfortable moments for them, but mostly for Boers. Alas, it will probably be some cookie cutter garbage with ass kissers and thsoe who don't wan't to get fired lobbing softballs with a wink of the eye at both of them.

I would love it to be theformer and for Terry to really squirm. That would make it worth 150 dollars a ticket.

Who knows though, anything is possible. If Boers was totally against this from the beginning than who knows how he will react...or even if he shows up at all and leaves his esteemed partner hanging out in the wind.

I have to say, that was really creepy, bad radio. At least Terry's part. The conversation should have been over after the first time Dan said "But he's paying for it".

For Terry to respond "If he is, ok, but if he isn't, he shouldn't be asking for it" over and over and over was just ridiculous.

Me thinks Terry may not be looking forward to whatever Dan will have to say at said roast.
