Guitar Hero (actually Rock Band): My mentor Doug has a serious issue with the fact that you can download and play The Who’s Super Bowl set for this game. See, my mentor Doug is a legitimate Guitar Hero, who’s actually in a Rock Band, so games like those severely offend his sensibilities, yo. Krazy Ivan took offense to my mentor Doug’s offense to this game, but who the fuck is Ivan anyway? Vote please.
Earthquakes: Mother Pucky has nominated these earth-shaking natural disasters. Apparently there was a local earthquake last week. People were talking about it. People were writing about it, but I didn’t know about it until I heard people talking about it and saw people writing about it. If that little earthquake bothered you last week, vote here…and start taking Nyquil before bed.
The Original Kid Cairo: Rogers from Park Bryan nominated me for some nonsensical reason. Apparently he thinks I tried to circumvent the DOTW’s democratic process by nominating Irish Boy for no reason. Good Dolphin piled on and said my IkeSouth love is unfounded. And Frank Coztansa had the balls to accuse me of multing on this here board. Me? Multing? Whatever man. But, if you think I’m a douchebag, gimme yo votes.
Irish Boy: I nominated Irish Boy because he should’ve been included in last week’s voting (but Darko suspiciously omitted him). Basically, Irish Boy’s car was totaled and he had the nerve to not show up at the last Hoopz outing. Fuck that shit. I don’t care if his car was twisted around a tree and he had the steering wheel and clutch stuck in various orifices of his body, for him not to show up at Hoopz not only makes him an assbag, but an asswipe and an asshat. If YOU think Obama sucks, vote for Irish Boy. If you think Obama’s doing a great job, vote for Irish Boy. Either way, we win.
Seattle Securtiy Guards watch beating of 15 yr old girl: Rogers from Park Bryan nominated the three security guard at Macy’s who did not intervene when they witnessed a 15 year-old girl getting stomped on. I have nothing clever to add here. Y’all saw the video…do you think these security guards are DBOTW material?
The Brewers: Ralf Furley Dick Clark nominated the Milwaukee Brewers for planning to erect a statue of Bud Selig. The same Bud Selig who turned a blind eye towards the steroid-infused monsters that were helping him make money hand-over-fist in the 90s and early 00s while the game’s integrity was becoming compromised. I understand the nomination, but this thread was memorable for producing Jimmy Pasta’s most clever quote ever:
