I have cut ties to WSCR and will be advertising on WMVP (ESPN) starting in March.

I was not happy with the way WSCR management, sales, and promotions did business and treated me over the past 10 months and the only reason I stayed was because of my strong ties to Mike Mulligan and Brian Hanley. Mike Mulligan and Brian Hanley have the best show on WSCR and also in the mornings and I am eternally grateful to them for all their support. I wish them the best.

Are you sure that sales, management, and promotions will treat you better at ESPN (WMVP) ?

So you are admitting that you are moving to a sports station with an inferior morning show?

This news really should have been released at about 4:45 PM on a Friday. It is the perfect time for news releases you are trying to bury or nobody cares about. Try to figure out which one it is.

A little disingenuous to write your subject line in the third person. You're reporting your own move.

BINGO! Very similar stuff going on behind the scenes. Maybe ESPN is less $$$? Mr Spada? T or F?

I have decided to stop advertising on the SCORE and commit my resources to Chicagosportswebio.com, the Monsters in the Morning, and my show Bearly Legal.

The Score was good to me for over 7 years but I am not happy with the current management.
I wish Mully and Hanley the best. They were the only show I could stomach when Mike North left.

I predict that webio will grow and become extremely successful. They have great talent and the talent and management have the determination to make it a success.

My commercials will stop airing at the end of the month.

David Spada

oooops, maybe not..hang on...

It will be available via the podcast section with new shows weekly.
Also I will be back advertising on the score starting next week.
Robin and I sat down with management and of came to terms.
Robin and I hope you listen.

Are we going to see this every 6 months now.....??????
Spada leaves WSCR....Spada returns to WSCR...Spada leaves WSCR......
Somebody tell this guy that NO ONE listens to this bullshit he has on the air...washed up football players and now George Randazzo to talk about the Italian-American Sports Hall of Fame....WE ALL KNOW JOE DIMAGGIO WAS A MISERABLE PRICK.....
Spada..if you want to ditch the law...go to some small market and become a sportscaster......this may be HOOTERVILLE...but it still is the 3rd biggest market in the Nation.....and there is no great clamor for you to be on the air....

I never listened to Mr.Spada,so I will not rip him. I give him credit for trying. Looking at the guest lists he provides, maybe his show is not half bad. I choose to listen though before being mean!
