On todays Bearly Legal Show former Washington Redskin and current Arizona Cardinals Asst. Head Coach and 2010 Hall of Fame inductee Russ Grimm said that when he interviewed to be the Chicago Bears Head Coach that he was not qualified to be a Head Coach in the NFL. FYI Lovie Smith was hired instead. Jerry Angelo interviewing an unqualified candidate. Typical Bears.
