Who the fuck is Greg Kozlowski? In my best SHARK tone, "Do you mean former Bears wide receiver Glen Kozlowski, who co-hosted Weekend Sports Central in addition to his high school coaching duties?"

I do not believe he was fired by WGN his deal was up.Memelo too. They have done away with SportsCentral on weekends.Memelo is no longer on on weeknights either when Kap is off.George Offman now filling in.DOES THAT EVER BLOW!!!!!

Same thing. Koz is no longer with WGN. What in the world is Koz gonna do at the Score when they already have Doug & Hamp?

probably the same thing he did with WGN - fill in on weekends around his coaching schedule and do Bears pre-post if they need the help.

Visiting 670thescore.com as often as I do, I noticed Glen Kozlowski's name on the schedule Sunday morning with Mark Grote from 8a-12Noon co-hosting local sports talk. When I heard Hub say that 670 The SCORE had hired Glen last night and mentioned Program Director Mitch Rosen's name during the 8p hour, I was surprised. After hearing the former #88 around 8:20p last night with Hub & Dan Hampton, Kozlowski completes a sentence without stuttering. I'm not sure how Glen will be incorporated, but he'd be an upgrade just to get Hampton off the air for good.

I dunno. Try and eat one of them???

Much like at WSCR's sister station in the CBS Radio family, I wonder if Glen will be one of the droll-sounding Ron Gleason's studio co-hosts on the WBBM Newsradio 780/Bears' Radio Network postgame show like Dan Hampton has been, in addition to occasionally co-hosting Bears' themed shows this fall on 670 The SCORE...

Scorehead, right after the last Bears' season, SCORE Program Director Mitch Rosen said that he wants to keep Doug Buffone & Ed O'Bradovich next year as hosts of the CBS Radio-owned sports talker's popular Bears' postgame show.

He'd best keep OB. Those guys are better than the goddamn games, most of the time!

Koslowski was another average Bear who has turned the fact that he was a pro player into a media job.

Hampton's biggest problem is that he takes too long to put his thoughts together. He's not smooth enough.

It is unfortunate that WGN is shaking up its schedule and cutting the weekend sports. That Simon guy is terrible. Steve and Johnnie are okay, but they have too many commercials and news breaks. They do a show that helps people with their computer problems and they only get to three or four questions an hour.

Kozlowski has to be the most boring guest host I've ever heard. Yeah he doesn't have brain damage like Hampton, but this guy is really bad.

You have to admit he is a lot better than being stuck with a Bruce Wolf or some of these "career caddy" broadcast school kids that we are stuck listening to on weekends.


At least Koz can bring you some input from actual experiences on the field and in the locker room. Some of these other guys are just a carbon copy of each other and it becomes a vanilla listen over time.

Dammit.
