The "Cougar Tournament" is actually the brainchild of LoHo's executive producer and host of "The JoeO & Rock Show" late Saturday nights on 670 The SCORE & 670thescore.com, Joe Ostrowski. Joe & John "Rock" Mamola came up with the idea late one Saturday night during their own show when they were thinking about hot-looking female celebrities age 40 and over such as Courteney Cox Arquette, Jennifer Aniston, Nancy O'Dell, Robin Meade, etc. Joe, "Rock", their own producer Adam "Pac-Man" Harris, and Laurence have their own bracket of 16 hotties that'll compete. I don't know what the winner would get, but it's a spoof of the NCAA Basketball Tournament, just like "Boers & Bernstein's" upcoming "Tournament of Bad".

It sounds like a semi-funny segment at the surface. Is LoHo the negative factor in this?

Elar, speaking of moms, before LoHo, Joe, Rock & Adam Harris made their selections last night during LoHo's "People's Hour", there was talk about including Adam's mom for reasons I can't figure among the cougars. I'm not making this up. By the way, Adam's mom didn't make the cut.

LoHo is honored that Joe & Rock gave him his own bracket, but make no mistake about it. This "Cougar Tournament" is Joe & Rock's creation, not Laurence's.

I'll never forget Larry and Hood doing TV with Paula Faris. That was disturbing as hell. It was like 2 JR high kids trying to impress the pretty girl by being funny. Only they were adults and they made complete fools of themselves. I felt bad for Paula. She played along and was a pro but you know she was disgusted by the way they behaved.

I'm convinced that this episode was the reason that NBC 5 stopped letting radio people on that Bears post game show. Radio people should never be allowed on TV. Paula probably told her bosses "That's it. I'm not gonna do this anymore." after Larry's performance.
