Mike is a fine "Bird Dog" as we called it in the Comm RE biz. The guy who finds the deal, the tenant looking for space, the obnoxious asshole who gets his foot in the door. The guy lived a great life. He got 30% of deals for getting in the door, worked out great for him.

Mike could be a Bird Dog for this. Calling all his buddies for initial meetings, he can even go to the first meeting, but for anyone to actually allow him to work on an agreement is a total disaster.

You know this will be a disaster as well. He will do something good, but will also insult a few people or screw it up and then loudly point to his good moves.

He will assemble his staff, starting with Coppock!
