How is the .1 doing these days? With the big NCAA commercial push is that going up?

His annoyance is at an all time high. I have watched no more than a total of an hour and everytime it is Mike yelling and acting like a goof when they are fading in or out to commercials. Anyone (Chet) who tosses this guy accolades about understanding the business is a fool. He thinks his job is to sell the show to sponsors just so he can attempt to have control the sponsors, when he should concentrate on doing a good show for the first time in 10 years.

If this stupid ass was a smart businessman, Casey Moran's, next to Bernie's, would be "Mike North's Chicago Bar and Grill".
His media days are numbered without some new sportstalk radio station going head to head with the two we already have.

Between Nort, Jigs, Savage, and the other guy, is there a more unattractive group on TV?

gotta love the sun times full page waste of space too. pappy allowed to suck up to potential sponsors.
in the last two yrs pappy has:

1. failed at radio
2. failed at sports betting
3. failed at web based sports talk
4. failed book release
5. TWO failed tv shows
6. failed newspaper column

what else is left for this dick to fail at ?

I wish I had a few million stashed away in the bank! I don't consider Mike a COMPLETE failure.
He just made the mistake of a lifetime by walking away from SCORE money.

You would think with the countless plugs Bill Kurtis gave "Monsters and Money in the Morning" during CBS2's coverage of the NCAA Basketball Tournament this weekend, you'd think people would be tuning into those guys...I don't think ABC7's Hosea Sanders & Judy Hsu, NBC5's Rob Elgas & Zoraida Sambolin, those "WGN Morning News" kids on CW9 & FOX32's "Good Day Chicago" have anything to worry about. Besides, HLN's Robin Meade and her "Morning Express" has experienced quite a ratings increase in recent months. Of those morning news shows, Robin's the one to watch...
