I used to be a big fan of these guys, but lately all the Bears talk has been grinding my gears. I know it's a sample size, but I only get to listen from 6-7am, and lately everyday its all Bears. I'm fully aware that it's a Bears town and the NFL is huge, but how many times do we have to hear that they need safety help? Jesus H. Christ THEY AREN'T EVEN IN SEASON. I know the draft is in about a month, so give me some insight a week before. IT'S MOTHERFUCKING BASEBALL SEASON, NHL, AND NBA SEASON time. I don't want to hear the OT rule change discussed for more than 10 minutes, I don't GIVE A FUCK about what Brad Biggs says day after day, and I'm tired of hearing how short Tim Jennings is. Good god, one would think the NFL regular season is still being played with the amount of coverage this show gives NFL stories.

Opening Day is about a week away, the Hawks are playoff bound, and the Bulls are desperately trying to play what appears to be basketball. FOCUS MOST OF THE SHOW ON THE SHIT THAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON.

Welcome Jimmy K. I understand your frustration, but you are right, the
Bears will always be a topic no matter the season. It will die down after
the draft and baseball will be the main topic for a while until training camp.
I am just trying to wrap my head around the hockey talk a little better. I
have admittedly watched 2 or 3 Hawks games this season and plan on tuning
in for the playoffs, but still don't feel like I know enough about what is going
on. I can follow the puck a lot better than I used to though, so maybe I am
making some progress slowly. Overall I like Mully and Hanley but I haven't
been listening as much the last few weeks.

Love the Bears talk, although I admit, listening to some of the same talking points does get old. I listen to the hockey conversation just as a filler until they get back to the Bears. I wish Mac and his girlfriend Spiegel would go a little less on hockey and talk more football.....the one person at that station who should stop talking about the Bears is Zaidman. He's embarrassing. If I worked for the Bears, I'd call the Score and tell him to shut up.

ZZ should follow the rule that if you need to explain the joke it is not funny. If he needs to take 5 minutes to explain, or defend, every Angelo/Smith/Bear move maybe they are just bad.
