I agree that Bearly Legal needs its own page under the Daily Shows even though we are weekly.
As a full disclaimer, I've never met Spada, don't know anyone who has met him, have never listened to Bearly Legal, and I am an attorney. That said, I think it's posts like this that cause people to treat Spada like shit on this board. I don't think anyone has a problem with someone comming on here and posting details about their show. I'm not a self employed business owner, but I can respect the work and effort that one must put into making a business a success. That's what Spada is trying to do with his radio show.
The problem is he posts condescending self important posts like the one above. Lets look at it, he says that "I agree that Bearly Legal needs its own page", nobody suggested that, somone said put all the posts on one thread, that's a good idea and one that shows respect for the board. There are some very popular daily shows, like Mully and Hanley that have pages on this board that get about 5 messages a day, a show like Bearly Legal wouldn't get any posts other than those by Spada himself.
The attacks against the Score are also pathetic. If you want to promote your show, great, promote it well, put on a good show and you might get a following. But bashing other people on this board, and attacking others won't get you an audience, it just makes you look like a jackoff. I doubt anyone has anything personal against Spada but the tone of his posts, and his overinflated sense of importance in the Chicago sports entertainment community probably just annoys the shit out of people.
