J Hood's Facebook says he on with Huebs tonight. Is this the first time or was he on before an I missed it. Maybe I'll get some talk on the Fire's opener along with a Wrestlemania recap.

Fred Huebner, a fellow Facebook friend w/SHARK, was on ESPN Radio 1000 once before. He built a bridge to the MountainWest Championship Game on a Saturday night about 3 weeks ago. I don't think Fred is technically on the ESPN 1000 payroll, but free lancing.

Speaking of the Fire, remember Dan Kelly? Dan was the PBP of the Blackhawks on Comcast SportsNet for 2 seasons last decade, and has been named the new PBP of the Chicago Fire this season on TV. I'm not sure if FOX's MY50 will carry the Fire matches on weekends like they've done the last 2 seasons, but I thought I read somewhere that CSN will carry the third game of the new season...

Jon Kelley...A former Nebraska football player who tried to fill Mark Giangreco's big shoes when Mark left NBC5 for ABC7 in the mid '90s as #1 sportscaster. Jon made the transition to entertainment news when he joined "Extra" before Mario Lopez took over as host 2 years ago.
