After regurgitating Bernstein's "This is Ozzies year, Its a big managing year for Ozzie" theory almost word for word about an hour after Berns said it on B and B. He just berated a caller for saying "exactly what i said" Oh the IRONY

Damn! LoHo was so upset near the end of "White Sox Baseball Live" that the Ranger basically did the last 15 minutes tonight on his own...WTF?

 Youve got a philthy mouth SHARK. He never quite understood Rangers valid comparison, so he acted exhausted with callers a la Bernstein

This is so true.

I love how he tried to keep his "mvp" secret as a tease...no one really cares Larry.

Laurence was actually joking around when he left. He wasn't serious. However, there were a lot of people that didn't get what I was trying to say. Even though I explained it 30 times, most people seemed to think that I was saying AJ is as good of a player, or has been as important to the Sox, as Jeter has been to the Yankees.

That's not even close to what I was saying. My opinion is that Sox fans LOVE AJ like Yankees fans LOVE Jeter. While they have that love from their fanbase for different reasons (Jeter, because he's a HOF'er with multilple rings; AJ, because he does AJ-type things), they both would have to do something horrible for their fanbase to turn on them. That's all.

Obviously, Bryan, you understood.

Yes some people build up so much good will with fans, they can do pretty much anything.

Jeter
A.J.
Ortiz
Grace

Ranger, be honest, tell us how awful it is to work with Larry. I know you have to be polite to him on the air, laugh at his stupid jokes and pretend to not notice that he's a phony and repeats everything Bernstein says, but you can be honest here.

Does Larry annoy you as much as he does the listeners?

Also, Ranger, how hard is it for you to bite your tongue when Larry talks about how tough he is and how great he is with the ladies? "Shake that" out for us? Have you ever seen Larry throw a punch. Somebody at the SCORE must have seen it. This board is skeptical. We don't believe it's ever happened. I've never met anybody that's so proud about telling everybody that he likes to throw punch.

 . Could someone give me the nutshell version of the "Shake That" phenomenon that is sweeping the board?

Yeah it's his opening song, and the song he uses when he comes back from breaks.

It's kind of nice, whenever I hear that song I know to instantly change the station. That way I don't have to hear Larry talk.

Reminds me of when the theme to M*A*S*H used to come on late nights. Except at that point it was time for bed.

Hey Ranger, Larry ran to Terry and Goff and got them to gang up on you for your "A.J= Jeter" comment. They all did the "we're smarter than Ranger" and "Ranger is a dumb ass" dance. How are you gonna get even?

Yes! Everybody says this! I knew of course I couldn't be the only one. So perfect, too. The only other sitcom theme song that could make you feel like it was bedtime would be Taxi.

If you're going to link to Shake That, you have to link to the one with the lip-syncing azn kid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GwzPkRISPtI . I looked at his page, and apparently he's from Illinois! He and Larry can make a Shake That video together. He can do the dancing, and Larry can call people racists. Viral hit.

What in the world made all of us feel this way about the M*A*S*H theme? I let out a big YES, when I saw this thought. I either became very angry and went to bed, or changed the channel.

I have to be honest, I'm enjoying Laurence's show tonight. I know I'm going to get killed, but I just don't get the Laurence hate.

Larry's at it again (8:10ish). A caller says he's not too worried about the Blackhawks because it seems like sometimes teams enters the playoffs "hot" and then get "cold" and vise-versa. Larry didn't buy it because he said that's just "anecdotal". He then goes on to say that he loves the NHL playoffs because it's the most "fair" playoff system in pro sports, and a team with a "hot" goalie can go on a run.

Um, Larry, isn't saying a goalie can get "hot" anecdotal and, thus, make the system "unfair"?

Only Larry. He can get so deep on you and then contradict himself before he finishes his thought. Why is the NHL playoffs any more fair than the NBA's. It's the same thing and the same amount of rounds. Larry is the guy laughing at Ranger's sports thought?

By the way, I had this for dinner tonight. I shaked and baked that!!!!!
