HH, my best friend is a lawyer and he has the worst grammar in the history of leverage.

Congrats, Fred. Glad to hear it. Next chocolate coffee cake at the Busy Bee is on me.

I have a buddy who now works for me who is a communications major. His e-mails look like they were written by a 10 year old, with lots of bad grammar, spelling & improper punctuation.

He did Blackhawks games on TV while Pat Foley was in exile. Fired for sucking.

Fred, so sorry to distract from your thread....I've always liked you, and I am SO happy for you!!!

Dear Scorehead,

So that's okay with you to hire a "buddy" who communicates, in your words, like "a 10 year old"???

 It's official...I am TOO old.

Congrats Fred! I think ESPN will soon realize that they need you there permanently with a regular show, as they need more local flavor. 8) 8) 8)

Yea, we aren't exactly a board of love. The turds are too busy to jump in the punchbowl, I guess.

I've always said I think Fred is a good update guy and I am glad he has found employment.

I did listen on Saturday and enjoyed the product.

Just found this thread. What's the status on the soccer chatter? Don't be afraid to pop in to our section and drop in a nugget or two. Are we too premier league centered for you? You seem like a Bundesliga guy for some reason. I have Bayern Munich love, Fred. Ribery is out for the Champions League final after his appeal got denied so I don't give them much of a chance.

Is there some kind of World Cup show in the works? If so, make us aware and I will be one of the six guys who emails or calls in.

Yeah, Fred, let us know if you're doing any World Cup stuff. Danny Mac will pooh-pooh it and say it's not worth talking about (like just about any topic other than what he grilled for dinner and how many TVs he has) and Boers and Bernstein will just laugh at it.
