Or they could have used the "L" flag in their slogan in the word Life.

I just don't understand the need to 'market' the Cubs. They sell out already, what's the point. The money would have been better spent fixing the damned stadium, and refining the roster. Eating some salaries, and picking up younger more multi-dimensional players.

Hey Slick, why don't you post this in a couple more threads.
Yeah, it's funny.
Don't beat it to death.

Just like the manager, the White Sock ( and most of their fans) suffer from "small mans" complex. Guess what, you slugs will never measure up to the Cubs and their fans! So take your 1WS championship in 90 years and joke on it.

And before you Sox fans climb up the Pasta Man's ass -
we know we haven't won a World Series in over a hundred years.

Prick dont bother me anymore. Embrace Our Legacy could be a good motto for Chicago baseball in general for the last 80 years.

Ok, so many years ago, at the very 1st MJH tailgate thingy at the cell, I was introduced by Mac to a "35th Street Slick" - he was a regular caller to the show at the time. I've also met the infamous "Grid" that we all know and tolerate on this board - they look absolutely nothing alike. Who is this 35th St. slick that is posting here?
