Marshall will be well rested for as many innings as needed tomorrow when hopefully for the 5th straight game the shark stays in the tank.

Much needed win after things looked bad early. Zambrano did well, to get it together and give the bullpen some needed rest. Marmol was FILTHY!! Still can't believe that Dickerson took that 2 strike pitch that just missed. He struck out anyway as did every hitter Carlos Marmol faced. Great performance. I just hope the club can get enough games into his hands with a lead to matter.

i gotta give big z credit. he struggled early in the game but came back and pitched a great game. sans opening day i like the way the starters have pitched so far

OK. Would love to see a win today and playing 500 on the road is certainly acceptable...even though they blew 2 games ( uggh ).

Once again though....all their runs came via the home run yesterday. That is not good in the long run. Theriot, Lee, Ramirez, Soriano....all are not hitting for average yet, so hopefully we see the bats come alive a little more. Starting pitching has been great minus game 1. The spot light for trouble is on the bullpen as we all knew going into the season.
