How does this coincide with the Bryan Adams world tour?

Is a home game against the eagles required every season?

When Cutler once again dominates the Detroit Lions I will officially bestow upon him the nickname "The Lion Tamer".

Looks like the Beloved Bear is off the hook for T-giving against Dallas:

profootballtalk.com wrote:
Dallas finally has an opponent on Thanksgiving the rest of the country can get excited about.

The Cowboys will host the Saints this year on November 25, according to WDSU in New Orleans. Dallas faced Seattle and Oakland on Thanksgiving the last two years.

The Cowboys handed the Saints their first loss last season in a game on NFL Network.

As Florio points out over IM -- while he's on the radio -- this news is a sign that the NFL has listed to criticism about their Thanksgiving schedule. In the past, our theory is that a "captive audience" would give the league big numbers no matter what the matchup was.

WDSU also revealed the Saints will play nationally televised road games in San Francisco September 20and Atlanta on December 27.

So far, for the Bears, this is what we have:

September 12: Detroit
October 3: @ NY Giants
October 24: Washington
November 7: @ Buffalo (Toronto)
December 5: @ Detroit

I suspect that we are going to close against GB, as the Lions and Vikings are playing the last week of the season and all of the final games are division games.

Yes. But the schedule was obviously set prior to the McNabb trade, so all the radio hosts in town will not be able to fall all over themselves talking about how great Chicago's Own Donovan McNabb is.

If this is the schedule, there are 10 losses here.

The opponents should be known, those are determined by a formula. No I'm not going to go look it up, but I'm sure it can be found. The only thing the people do is move the dates and times around.

Actually, most seasons it has to do with the Bears and Iggles final division standing being in the same place (exp. if they both end up in 3rd, then they would have to play each other the next season). This season They just happen to be playing the NFC East.

It turns out the Super Bowl Champion Saints, not the Bears, face the Cowboys in their cavernous new state-of-the-art stadium on Thanksgiving Day. WBBM Newsradio 780 & the Chicago Bears' Radio Network's Jeff Joniak, Tom Thayer and Zach Zaidman can be overwhelmed instead in Week 2 September 19th when the Bears & Cowboys butt heads at Cowboys Stadium...

Meanwhile, the Bears play on SHARK's birthday in Detroit December 5th. By the way, FOX Sports' Chris Myers is in the Hollywood Hotel as NASCAR heads to Talladega, AL Sunday for the Aaron's 499 already having nightmares about he, Trent Green and Mac's buddy, ex-CLTV sports anchor and FOX Detroit's Jennifer Hammond, providing the descriptions for one of the two Bears/Lions' games...

Fairly easy early schedule...absolutely brutal December. This is not going to end well for Lovie when the Bears drop the final 4 games.

I don't know about that. I could see them doing as well as you might think but I could see them going 8-8ish too.

I hate the non noon Sunday games.
