I was wondering if people on here think the NFL did the wrong thing, by having the draft on when most of the other sports are on, like the NBA/NHL Playoffs and Major League Baseball.
I read where Mark Cuban wasn't happy about it, and people thought the NFL was arrogant for doing this and also putting a Sunday Night Football game against the World Series.
My thoughts on the draft being at night, well the NFL wouldn't put it on at night if people weren't going to watch, back when this started being on t.v., it was on a Tuesday at noon, they just did it because people are watching this. I think if your a league, mostly MLB or NBA, and your worried that more people will watch the draft, isn't that your problem, not the NFL's. The NFL isn't showing a game, just guys going to new teams, if you are worried you can't beat that, maybe you need to look how your stuff is ran.
On the Sunday night game against the World Series, I think the World Series needs the Cubs to beat the NFL in ratings that night, somebody keeps saying if the Yankees are there, baseball will win, my thought to that if you MLB, it shouldn't matter, your showing a championship game against a regular season game, and you can't win that's again your problem not the NFL's.
I think the NFL is just giving their fans what they want.
