Game 1:
Friday 7:10p WGN
Dempster (1-0 3.15 ERA) vs. (Jeff Suppan 0-0 7.20 ERA)

Game 2:
Saturday 6:10pm WGN
Ted Lilly (0-0 0.00) vs (Doug Davis 0-1 11.25 ERA) (L)

Game 3:
Sunday 1:10pm CSN
Wells (1-0 2.45) vs (Dave Bush 1-0 2.41 ERA)

I like game 1 and game 2's matchups. I certainly am happy to see that Lilly is back tomorrow. I believe that we're throwing the three best pitchers the Cubs have at the Brew. Rumor has it that Fielder is starting to stroke now to, so watch out for that guy at home. I think the Cubs take 2 of 3 here, with Sunday being the odd game.

This is silly. The Brewers are gonna mop the floor. Its April 23rd and baseball appears to be over in this city. Awful. We'll be lucky to see both teams combine for 150 wins.

I'm glad you've finally come around to my way of thinking. Although you misspelled "140".

Have they officially shipped the shark back to iowa to make room for Lilly?

Cub'll take two. I'll put a sixer of PBR on it.

Confidence level not reflected in dollar value of wager.

Unless the starters absolutely deal I think the brewers sweep. Prince and the Braunster are swinging hot sticks right now.

Lou is sitting Ramirez, Soriano, and Soto tonight. Soriano and Soto are on fire, so he sits them. Lou is playing Hill way to much this year. He should be playing once a week, maybe twice a week at the most.

Later in the year you will be bitching that he has worn the players out and should have given them some rest early in the year.

It's like Lou wants to get fired. I know that's ridiculous, but you throw out this?

Lou seems miserable and probably wants to go home sooner than later. I still would like to know why he made a statement regarding a new lineup vs lefties and he abandoned it after one game.

Chill fellas. Late night last night and a flight, that's a late night. Soto being out makes sense. Ramirez might benefit from a day or two off this week. And Colvin deserves a game or two a week. This aint that bad.

Aramis has a .234 lifetime average against Suppan, which is about 200 under the rest of the league.

Yeah, Carrot Top's bat speed sucks. 3-1 pitch down the middle and tipped it into the catchers glove. Just cost a run because he didn't move the runner over.

Isn't the yellow line supposed to be a homerun? If so, the Cubs just got real lucky.

Depends on the specific ground rules. I don't think they have to be consistent with ground rules so some may be on the line and some may be above.

I would prefer being 25 runs up. It would ease my nerves.

Cubs always seem to own the Brewers. But they've not gotten to the Cub bullpen yet so yeah you know.
