If Bulls' head coach Vinny Del Negro gets fired, it won't be before the weekend, according to what the SCORE's David Schuster told Les Grobstein on the Grobber's marathon "SCORE Overnight" show last night. I think what will keep Vinny employed for a few more days at least is two fold. First, the man who REALLY hired Vinny, Uncle Jerry, is currently out of town and won't be back until Friday or Saturday at the earliest. Second, let's not forget the NBA is still investigating the incident involving Del Negro and V.P. of Operations John Paxson. Needless to say, there are also labor attorneys involved. As much as the Bulls would like to bury the story, it may be quite sometime before Vinny gets his walking papers.
