Lou needs to have the same talk he had with Soriano about running, with Ramirez. Fucking guy cost us a run by not running when he should have had a double. Guy is hitting .150, you shouldn't be watching shit, just run.

Please do not turn into DP Lee here we need a run. A sac fly will do please!

Edit: 2 Run base hit finally!

Looks like the Cubs are manufacturing a little this game. Lou making some moves to try and scratch a run across in the 8th. Apparently not asleep today.

Gracious, when Soriano is hot. . .

I sure do miss Mark Grace, one of my all time favorites! I hope if Brenly ever moves on, Grace takes his spot.

I am with ya Z. I know a lot of folks want Ryno, but I would rather have Brenly be our next manager.

The meatball in me wants Sandberg, but I'd be happy with either/or.

Guess what,RFDC? I like Brenly, too. If Lou goes,Hendry should go with him. His terrible long term deals have handcuffed the Cubs, even if he isn't the one who wanted Soriano like has been reported.

I would be happy with either I think too. But I just hate the thought of ruining all my good feelings toward Ryno if he becomes the manager and things do not go well. I think I would just as well keep him as one of my childhood heroes and leave it at that.

There is a lot of evidence to suggest Brenly is a good manager. Ryno could be a good manager, but nobody knows for sure. Maybe Ryno could try bench coaching for a couple years.
