Go ahead and threaten to move little tommy, you won't draw flies in addison or hoffman estates after the first couple years of the new ballpark wear off. Ticket prices will go up 10% every fucking year until attendence figures drop and i won't pay one nickel to enter wrigley and i am a cubs fan. I would love to see attendence drop down to about 10-15K/game and then watch the silver spoon shit his pants when they can't make their debt payments.

Wow.....the cold fact that MLB is a business descends upon the noggins of the Wrigley Field lovers....

1. He isn't investing one billion dollars to build a ballpark in the suburbs...the State sure as hell can't afford to build him one.....and the Chicago and Downstate legislators WOULD NEVER EVER VOTE FOR IT unless their bribes were so big they could do the prison time standing on their heads.

2. The Cubs and Wrigley Field provide TAX DOLLARS to the City of Chicago.....let the Cubs move to run down shitburbs like Addison or Hoffman Estates AND triple the property taxes of the whining bitches in Wrigleyville.....then they can all follow the Cubs to the Shitburbs like Addison and Hoffman Estates.

I will say he seems to be intelligent.

My point is I'm not just going to hate the guy merely because he's rich and his family is rich and assume that he's stupid and I hate him. The city's only touchstone in this regard is Mike McCaskey, unfortunately, so everyone just assumes he's Mike McCaskey.

Until he does something to warrant that scorn, I'm going to let him prove himself. He's done nothing for me to think that yet. I liked that letter.

You were clearly stating that he was "silver spoon just like mikey mccaskey" and that he had never done anything in his life.

But, in fact, he has done well on his own. In that respect, and most other respects, he's nothing like Mike McCaskey.

Please describe "well on his own". He started out with nothing and turned it into something? Anything else & he is just another guy in the Lucky Sperm Club.

GEORGE FUCKING STEINBRENNER WAS IN THE LUCKY SPERM CLUB.....HIS FAMILY OWNED A SHIPBUILDING COMPANY.....

P.K. WRIGLEY WAS IN THE LUCKY SPERM CLUB...SOMETHING ABOUT A GUM COMPANY AND A BUILDING ON MICHIGAN AVENUE....

JOE THE PLUMBER DOES NOT BUY MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL TEAMS.

Or get a nut like Mark Cuban to buy the team and act the ass behind the bench.....FANBOYS love that..."HE CARES"....more like a showboat seeking attention to me.

I'll bet you would trade Reinsdorf for Cuban in a fucking second!

WHAT HAVE THE BULLS DONE FOR US LATELY?

The White Sox have been under .500 in since the end of the 2006 season...

I sure am going to give Ricketts a chance.

Yeah,I just posted the same thing you said the other day. Jerry had Jordan & the Sleuth used to do a good job as a GM.

Speaking as a Cub fan,if they won a WS 5 years ago,I would still be celebrating! :drunken:
