Ended: 214.8

3.8 pounds...I suck. Although I fully expected to be working by now, which would have given me more incentive to lose the weight. I can still reach my goal of 200-205 by my birthday (May 27)

I have wasted away to 233. I am going to party like it's 2002 if I can
get into the 220's. I say 2002 because that is the last time I was in the
220's. I am running my first 10K on Saturday so that is another thing I
never thought I would be able to do at my previous weight. We'll see
how it goes.

It looks like nice cool day on Sat, so at least you don't have to worry about reenacting the Chicago dehydration marathon from a few years back.

Yeah, the weather should help me from overheating too quickly. I'll brag about it in
another thread later this weekend if I am able to finish without any major meltdowns.
I am shooting for 1 hr 5 mins or better. I should be able to get this as long as I don't
stop for any reason. Thanks for the well wishes, I'll need them about 45 minutes in.

I haven't been in the 220's for probably 8 or 9 years.

Thanks man. My original goal was 225 but I think I can get to 215 or 210 maybe.
It's hard in the summer since it seems like I drink more beer during that time of the year.
