Sorry - that was my "old man" rant of the day.

I have spent thousands on music in my life, but I too embraced kazaa, limewire, torrents, etc at the time.
I worte something on here about a year and a half ago about re-remembering what is was like to walk into a Best buy and drop
a fair amount on actual hard copy music. It's easier now for me to go to Walgreens and get an Itunes $25 card and buy ala carte, and
I like that too - I guess I came full circle - I like knowing that in one way or another I paid for it. Music is valuable to me in ways that
other downloadable "content" isn't - so I guess what I am saying is I am a hypocrite, but it's been a fucking lousy day, so I'll go now...

I had a few books totaling over 500 CDs stolen from me. Stuff I've had since the early 90s. A ton of 1st prints and out of print albums. I spent the next few years trying to buy all these CDs again. I copped alot of them only to have that collection stolen. There is absolutely no way in hell that I'm gonna buy albums a 3rd time. The only albums I buy now are the ones I didnt have before. All the shit I had before is bein copped for free
