Stone often comes off as a prick, but he's absolutely right about this. If you have 5 outfielders, why do you feel that you HAVE to play them all? That's what the bench is for. Byrd is your best outfielder, you're gonna play Soriano no matter what, so that leaves Nady, Fuke, and Colvin. Nady can't throw, Fuke has started his season long slump and hits for no power anyway. That leaves Colvin who is left handed, has pop, and doesn't hurt you in the field. No brainer. The kid needs to play every day. Lou is obviously burned out and has no patience for anything anymore. Just step down and let Trammell manage for the rest of the season if you can't take criticism anymore.

ESPN AM1000 just reported that Lou got in a face to face confrontation with David Kaplan. Apparently Lou didn't like something that Kap said about the way Lou is managing the team.
Lou has been around long enough to know how this game is played. Win games & you don't get criticized.
