Got free tix through a brother of a friend of a friend. It's not something I'd normally pay for, but I do dig Rise Against, despite the fact that their vegan and straight edge leanings go against most of what I stand for. I saw them many moons ago and they put on a good show. And they did put out a couple of cool videos featuring Chicago prominently for "Give It All" and "Swing Life Away".

As for Thursday, they're hit and miss for me, I've never been able to get through an album without having to skip at least a couple tracks. Again, I saw them live a long time ago, on the Full Collapse tour, and they put on a decent show, so we'll see.

Hopefully there won't be too many crying 17-year-olds there, but that's about as likely as Boers and Bernstein ever devoting a show to entirely to hockey.
