Do they really want management or just caretakers? The give and take between Harry and Carmen is like two geezers complmenting everything. Everything is great, great places, great people, great food. Never once is a criticism hurled at anyone. It's just plain lame! Waddle, Silverman, same thing, everything is nice and good.
