I have been against firing Lou until today.
I know it's not Lou suckin ass out on the field but a few things are clear now not the least of which is that he has absolutely lost this team.
They're sucking because they're allowed to suck. I see this bullshit at work all the time.
As soon as you LET some be shitty, they're consistantly shitty and generally unrecoverable.
There's word of Z's trade demands prior to the bullpen assignment.
There's the comfortable relationship with Ozzie which I would have put the fucking hammer down on if I were the Cubs. That relationshit really irritates she shit out of me. It's completely inappropriate and has certainly affected his performance on the field.

Sooner or later Ricketts has to come out of hiding to address the fans & media...if he can figure out what the hell to say & do. I think the Cubs purchase was too big for Rickett's wallet, & if he is able to continue as the Cubs owner, they are in for some lean years & we're going to see the Cubs payroll cut in half.
