I am liking Durant more and more, he seems like a real sincere humble dude. Screw Lebron (unless he comes to the Bulls) and Wade, I am all in on Durant now! The Thunder are now my 2nd favorite team.

Did he have Rondo's agent? Why would he sign a 5 year deal with no opt out? That's stupid. Carlos Boozer is likely going to get the same deal. He should at least have the option of opting out after 3 years. That way he could get 2 big paydays instead of the 1 he will receive in 6 years.

Still wouldn't make sense to sign a long term deal. Even if they cut the years he could sign for with the new CBA he still would be in a position to get paid more based on years of service.
